JenAcon supports in real estate transactions and advises on commercial real estate issues of all kinds. Overall, we have successfully completed sales with a volume of around 3 billion euros as well as a wide variety of consulting projects. Where we focus on transactions above 10 million euros. Our activities range from the placement of individual properties to real estate portfolio transactions of several hundred million euros through to sale-and-lease-back deals or the placement of complete companies.

JenAcon structures and mediates financing for existing properties and for new project developments

We support our clients holistically in commercial real estate issues of all kinds. This also includes advice on financing issues. JenAcon holds a real estate loan broker license according to §34i GewO.

Based on the client‘s own funds available for the project, as well as the project plan, we structure financing with equity and debt capital, mezzanine capital or equity-replacing subordinated loans.

In addition to traditional forms of financing, in the past few years, we have also provided participation rights capital and crowdfunding mezzanines and designed long-term financing of corporate real estate through leasing constructs, depending on which goals are to be achieved and which forms of financing the client prefers.
